Intelligent logistics that keeps pace with your production
At Unival, we know that speed of delivery can make the difference between maintaining or shutting down a production line. That's why we treat each order with the utmost care, from the first contact until the product arrives at its destination.
Victaulic valves have a wide range of applications. They are designed and manufactured for reliability, trouble-free performance, superior flow control, and long service life.
Victaulic offers a complete line of butterfly, check, ball, triple-duty, circuit balancing, and plug valves in a variety of wear-resistant materials and coating options to meet the specific needs of your piping systems for a variety of applications.
Butterfly valves
Victaulic butterfly valves offer excellent performance, including low torque, high flow, leaktightness, and bidirectional flow throughout the pressure range. Available in sizes from 1 1/2" to 24" (40 to 600 mm), our valves are offered in a variety of body, disc, and seat configurations, including ductile iron, stainless steel, and bronze bodies, and EPDM, nitrile, and fluoroelastomer seats.
All butterfly valves are available with manual handle, manual reducer and automatic actuation.
Check Valves
Vic-Check valves are available in a variety of configurations. The 716 Series valve features a single-port, spring-return design and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The 779 Series Venturi valve provides calibrated flow measurement and is easily connected to Vic-300 MasterSeal Butterfly Valves or Vic-Plug Series 377 for triple-duty service. Swing check valves (ductile iron or steel) are also available for oilfield applications.
Ball Valves
Vic-Ball® is a high-pressure valve with grooved ends. Its hydrodynamic design provides excellent flow, and it is available in ductile iron and stainless steel. We also offer a three-way ball valve to redirect flow 90° to the left or right for carbon steel or stainless steel piping systems. Vic-Ball valves are available in diameters from 1 1/2" to 6" (40 to 150 mm), depending on the body type. A bronze ball valve with threaded ends in diameters from 1/4" to 2" (10 to 50 mm) is also available for a variety of services.
Circuit Balancing Valves
Victaulic's TA circuit balancing valves offer a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective method of balancing and measuring all system flow rates. Full throttling is achieved through 4, 8, 12, or 16 full turns of the handle, enabling precise adjustment. The result is a high degree of accurate adjustment and precise system balancing.
Victaulic's TA circuit balancing valves are available in a variety of configurations and sizes for a variety of heating and cooling applications. A line of automatic flow control valves and accessories is also available.
Plug Valves
Made of ductile iron with a variety of lining options, Vic-Plug™ Series 365 valves are the lightest weight and easiest to install eccentric plug valves available today. The rounded valve body, with a die-cast nickel seat, provides reliable, long-lasting service. Available in 3" to 12" (80 to 300 mm) (175 psi/1200 kPa) and 14" to 18" (350 to 450 mm) (150 psi/1035 kPa) sizes.
Vic-Plug Series 377 balancing valves are the only grooved-end eccentric plug valves on the market specifically designed for flow regulation services, and are available in sizes from 3” to 6” (80” to 150 mm) for pressure ratings up to 175 psi/1200 kPa.
Triple Service Valves
The Victaulic Triple Service Valve consists of a butterfly valve or Vic-Plug valve and a standard Victaulic check valve (order components separately). This configuration provides full check service, mechanical memory regulation, and gradual check in a single assembly.
The 779 series check valve provides highly accurate flow measurement and features a spring return designed for high flow rates. The Venturi-type flow port is pre-drilled and capped to accommodate a flow meter.
