The groove design allows flexibility for easy alignment (these fittings are not designed for use with Victaulic plain end pipe couplings – contact us to find out which fittings are available for plain end pipe).

When connecting wafer or lug butterfly valves to Victaulic fittings with model 741 or 743 Vic-Flange adapters, ensure that the sealing regions of the Vic-Flange and the fitting are compatible.
