Consisting of three basic components—housing, gasket, bolts, and nuts—Victaulic couplings provide a simple, economical method of joining carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminum, PVC plastic, and HDPE piping systems.
Victaulic couplings offer designers versatility not found in other piping joining methods. Victaulic rigid and flexible couplings can be combined to accommodate thermal expansion in the system. Additionally, using three consecutive flexible couplings reduces noise and vibration by eliminating the need for expansion joints.
