Do you know the different types of control valves available?
The types of valves are classified according to the types of bodies, and therefore, when we are talking about types of valves, we need to discern the different functions of the various bodies, categorized as linear displacement or rotary displacement.
With linear displacement, there are valves:
- Conventional globe
- Three-way globe
- Cage globe
- Angular globe
- Diaphragm
- Bipartite
- Guillotine
And with rotary displacement, there are valves:
- Butterfly
- Ball
- Eccentric shutter
