ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard that ensures the quality of products and services provided. The standard was created by the ISO Organization, whose acronym stands for International Organization for Standardization. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, ISO was founded in 1947. ISO was designed to create standards that would be standards for organizations in all countries. In other words, they could be used and recognized in any country in the world.
Unival has held this certificate since 2001 and in October 2018, recertification was achieved under the standard (ISO 9001:2015), which confirms Unival's quality management model within the (ISO) quality standards.
This standard establishes requirements that seek to improve internal processes, improve employee training, and verify customer, employee, and supplier satisfaction, in a continuous process of improving the quality management system.
