Check Valve

Check valves are used to quickly and automatically prevent flow reversal. They allow flow to flow in one direction and prevent it from returning in the opposite direction. They are used to block flow, not to control it. They use the energy of the fluid itself to perform its operational cycle, thus requiring no human force or other external action. They are highly reliable for use with steam, air, coal gas, or oil gas at high or low temperatures.

The BTL/Unival check valve is reliable for use in steam, air, coal gas, oil, or gas-fired fuel, and in high- and low-pressure conditions. The low- and medium-pressure valve typically adopts a vertical valve to reduce external leakage of the medium. It can be equipped with an external lever and casting weight adjustment, and the connection type and trim material can be selected according to the operating conditions if required. The check valve is usually equipped with a vibrating drum.
